Great place to live.
I wish I could give 0 stars... This property is managed by a slumlord, Spinnaker Property Management. After coming for a repair in Oct 2021, they left a big hole in my bathroom celling, which leaks from upstairs, and still is not repaired. They ignored all correspondence requesting repairs, and now refuse to make thing right. I would live on the street before considering another prosperity owned or operated by Spinnaker. They can't even be bothered to return calls.
