Dr. Koticha is amazing. He’s very thorough and attentive. He even drew pictures of my cancer to show me where it was and what it was doing. I can’t say enough good things about him and his staff. He also arranged for me to have cold cap therapy during my chemo and I’ve been able to keep most of my hair. Chemotherapy is never good but everyone here made my experience the best that it could have possibly been and they truly made a difference:)
The doctor is very nice but I do not like how they treat their receptionist and I heard a manager talking to one of them very poorly.
The woman that answered the phones on August 7,2028 at 3PM was the most rude individual I’ve ever encountered in the medical receptionist field. When I called, she did not introduce herself by name, only the place. I told her I was calling about a referral I received, she was silent and then said “ok who am I speaking with” instead of “hello thank you for calling highland clinic, my name is X how can I assist you today?” The another professional response would be to say “would you like to set up appointment, I’ll need to gat... read more
