You guys just put my baby boy of 13 years down feb 9th. I still cry every single day as this was the hardest decision my husband and I have EVER had to make. You guys did such an amazing job being so personable and the empathy you have for us after his passing was so beautiful. Receiving a card of sympathy and getting my Toby's ashes to me so quickly meant the world. I had been treating a senior dog I adopted in January at Highland. They were always so kind and caring about my little Walter. I had to send him to The Rainbow Bridge yesterday. They treated me with so much kindness and compassion. They treated both Walter & I with dignity & respect. This is an awful time for me. But they made it easier. I very much appreciated Dr. Steffen praying over both of us, made the hurt a little softer. Thank you to all of you.

I have been coming to the Highland Animal Hospital since 1994. I wouldn't go to any other place. The staff is so kind, compassionate, and professional. Today we had to put down our 11 year old boxer. He was a sweet and kind boy. Everyone was wonderful during the entire process. From the diagnosis, giving us all of our options, and helping us make the most difficult decision one could ever make. I will forever be grateful to everyone there and so glad they will continue to care for our girls and all future 'fur kids'.
Thank you for taking care of My cat Buddy. I was glad they could take care of his wound. I also think the staff are very friendly. .. In the other person review said that Highland Animal Hospital works with you on payments, they wouldnt do it when i asked about payments.we have been going since 2010.
