Dr. Michelle, Dr. Heather and the staff at this facility treated our Bubby like she was their personal pet. We always received the best care pulling her through 2 bouts of Pancreatitis, all her allergies and supporting our decisions about her care. Today was Bubby's last visit as we had to have her put down because, at 16 years old, and getting tired of being so spoiled, she was ready. We just got an 8 week old pup that ended up showing signs of parvo a day n a half after we got her. My mom’s pup from the same litter came down with the same issue. Other vets around the area were charging a fortune for treatment! Highland Animal Hospital didn’t even charge us 1/3 of what everyone else was! They were so compassionate and thorough which made me feel so comfortable under the circumstances. I have been taking our Akitas to Highland Animal Hospital for over 13 years. Dr. Michelle is fabulous, as is the entire staff. Our dogs receive the very best veterinary care, happiness when appropriate, compassion when appropriate. The newly opened hospital is state of the art. I walked in and it felt like a spa, so relaxing and welcoming. I recommend Highland Animal Hospital to everyone that wants great animal care for their pet.
We had past experience at Highland with boarding our little bichon. The staff was just wonderful and you felt as if they treated your pet as a friend. I highly recommend Highland and its vets!
Have been going here for many years. We live 30 minutes away and once we found Highland Animal Hospital and Dr. Michelle, wouldn't think of going anywhere else! Everyone is friendly and helpful. They have taken great care of our two cats, who have had some special needs. Doctors and staff have always been caring and friendly.
They are always very caring. Always trust them with my Molly.
