I phoned Highland Animal Hospital as a new patient with an emergency with one of our pets The staff made arrangements for us to be seen within the hour. They are accommodating, helpful, friendly and Dr. Mattson has a great bedside manner and provides great Follow up with status phone calls as to our Quinn’s progress.
Love the staff...so friendly & compassionate. So glad I bring my dogs here. They get you right in if needed.
Horrible service, outrageous prices, money hungry. Scammers, never pay for tests in advance, they recommended I should so I did then they said their records don't show I paid in advance. So now I'm out $137.50. I also have the paperwork to prove I paid in advance, yet they state otherwise. Since they built that new building and got 7 vets on staff their prices are outrageous. Money is what matters most to them, not caring about my furbabies.
I love this place so much! i have taken pets here in the past but it has been awhile, was just there yesterday with a very sick kitty and they were so caring as usual. It will be a long road of care but i know my cat will get the best care with them! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you highland for being so wonderful!!!

The staff at highland each and everyone of them are amazing. Sadie whom was my dog had excellent care from the time she was diagnosed with lymes nephritis to the time I had to make the choice to put her to rest. Dr. Fortna took amazing care of her and I couldn't thank him enough.
My poor Kitty got his paws burned somehow on our wood stove and they worked there magic. Took the time to explain and listen to any questions for concerns I had. He is on the mend. Every person there was extremely nice, from the person who I made the appointment with all the way to check out. Very nice staff.
