Very welcoming place with bright colors, clean environment and good lighting. Friendly staff greeted us and our puppy upon entering. Dr. Mattson was professional, caring and very informational as my boyfriend and I are new puppy parents! We found that pricing was reasonable and truly you pay the same everywhere depending on the services being done. Woof woof 🐶
I grew up taking my pets to Highland and continued as an adult. Their staff truly cares about your pet and provide the best possible care. Dr. Fortna, in particular, is excellent. He took care of two of our senior dogs with multiple health issues, consulting with a cardiologist and a holistic practioner. Dr. Fortna cared enough to call the day after we had to euthanize our pup at Valley Central to send his condolences. Thank you, Highland Family, for caring about your patients, both human and animal.
They came through for my furbaby Patrick when no other Vet would see him. He was really sick. Thank you so much Dr. Fortna and staff at Highland Animal Hosp. You are very caring and explain everything so well. I was so afraid I was going to loose Patrick if he wasn't seen. You came through again today I thought it was his stomach bothering him again and here its his neck. Thank you so much for everything you did for Patrick.
Top notch facility and aw some staff. First impression when you walk in the door - there’s no urine smell.
