We've been clients for six years and had an urgent care situation with our dog and they refused to slot us in. The receptionist was rude and aggressive. She offer no constructive alternative. Other local vets would not see our dog since he is not their patient. We ended up having to go to an emergency vet hospital and had to pay three times what it should have cost. Very dissatisfied that this practice shows no respect to loyal customers. We will be looking to go elsewhere.
RecommendedSo today was my first time here. My pup, Monty isn’t the easier dog when it comes to going to the vet. Total stress ball. However, today he did a great job because of the amazing staff!!! He had some issues (with his ears) and they went above and beyond and we are happy to call this our new “vet home”!!!❤️. Monty and I will see you in 3 weeks!!! Thanks Cassie
Best care anywhere. Worth the $$ for the expertise. Have been a client for 20+ years and would never go elsewhere. Jeff Giles @ co have taken care of 5 cats, four dogs, two guinea pigs, and three rabbits. The doctors and techs are outstanding.
We had a great first puppy visit yesterday! All my questions were answered and everyone was friendly and helpful!
