I have worked for Highgate for the past almost 2 years. I can honestly say that it is the only place I have worked where I feel at "home" and apart of a working family! The passion and drive that our staff have for our community and our beloved residents is overwhelming! We all strive to make sure we are doing everything humanly possible to help our residents live a life of purpose! I couldn't be more honored to be apart of Highgate!
I love my residents and my job caring and up beat having a positive attitude making sure our residents are happy My job has been a great atmosphere working with awesome Carepartners, Leads and management Training as a Carepartner as has been fantastic ❤️

I have been an employee here since I graduated high school, and it has been the greatest summer job these past two years. From the supervisors, to the carepartners, and not to mention the phenomenal residents; this is a place I would love to bring my family member when the time comes. This is truly a warm and loving place that anyone would be lucky to call home.
I love my job here at Highgate best in the world!
I won tickets to Miranda Lambert's concert this Friday night going to be a great date night for me and my hubby
