I continously hear Katie talk about the residents and things that the Highgate team is doing to create a safe and caring environment for all. She genuinely cares when someone doesn't feel well or is unhappy.
Most definitely not as described! It starts at the top and trickles down. Very bad place to put your loved one!! DONT DO IT!!!!!

I love working here! I love all the residents and my coworkers
The life enhancement coordinator goes out of her way to accommodate all our needs big or small. She is an asset to Highgate independent living. I look forward to the time I have with her
My parents moved in August and have been loving it. The staff is wonderful, caring and very friendly. Mom loves not having to cook or clean and Dad loves being able to visit with the other residents. It's great not having to worry about them being alone in their old house.
My mother is thriving here at Highgate in Billings. Every person...staff or resident are delightful.
My mom moved in this summer and I was impressed from the very first minute. The staff was eager to help, they get to know your name right away and really take care of mom. If I have any concerns, they are on it and notify me as soon as it is resolved. It's beautiful, clean, wonderful food, and even the residents are friendly. My dog loves to visit and she gets lots of cookies from staff too. I couldn't be happier with moms care, and now I get to be her daughter not her caregiver. I feel good she is in good hands.
