The worst clinic ever... getting someone to answer the phone and NOT hang up would be a great start or even seeing a real doctor not a friggen pa who gives you the run around.. you're almost better off going to urgent care
Went in last Friday for an ear ache I was already an hour and a half late for work by the time I was out and asked them to send my script to Grand Island Walgreens and it was received at cvs in NT. Called multiple times and didn't get my script that was ready at 1130 at the wrong location until 5 pm. I'm still having ear pain and they said they'd send me something else and then it's sent to the wrong location yet again. All I want is to not be in pain and I'm just getting a bigger headache from this all.
Dr. Palowski and his PA Stephanie are great health care providers. I left the state for a couple years but made sure I went back to Dr. Palowski's office.
