I've been living here 10yrs and counting . .Love Highfield Crossing. Very well maintained, the maintenance team of Steve & Stan are awesome .. Apartment Manager-Michele has been excellent since her arrival approx 7yrs ago..major improvements since she arrived..safe, quiet neighborhood like setting, location is great ..located right next to the Montour Trail ..close to Route 19, South Hills Village & The T Station .. You'll enjoy your stay here!
Complex is clean & well taken care of by property manager. Maintenance is always done in a timely manner and Steve & Stan do an exceptional job. If this was not the case I wouldn't have lived here for 18 years.
I lived here for 2.5 years in the main section of townhouses. The townhouse itself was decent. But if you value your sanity whatsoever, do not live here. The neighbors are the least respectful people I’ve ever come across. I lived in an apartment building for years before that so I know how shared living areas go, but this was just an awful free-for-all. My experience with management at Highfield Crossing was fantastic. Michelle was honest, kind, and an absolute pleasure to work with. She generously helped me along every step of the way with the application and answered every question I had.
I lived here for 2 years and loved it! I had a 1-bedroom apartment and it was VERY spacious. Maintenance always came in a timely manner when/if there was a problem. Michele (the manager) does a wonderful job communicating with you if you need anything. I did have mice at one point but maintenance supplied me with traps (my apartment was on the ground floor). Ultimately, I would definitely refer my friends to live here if they were looking for an apartment. Great location, especially if you prefer the quiet suburbs.
