Very inviting, extremely helpful and on time. Plus they sent me some extra information regarding an issue my daughter was struggling with. Would definitely recommend.
First session was excellent and highlighted a potential cause of some long running calf and achillies issues!
I can thoroughly recommend Highett Podiatry if you have a problem with your feet. It was my first appointment with them and their service is very good. My Podiatrist was Aunreet and she was brilliant and very good at her job. I am type 1 diabetic so she carried out some routine tests as well. All the staff were very kind and courteous. The ladies at reception were lovely and very helpful. I cam from another podiatry clinic and I found them actually better.
It was a pleasure to walk into HP Mentone. It was my first visit. From the clean and tidy reception to my appointment with Jeremy Lynn. All was perfect. Thanks everyone at HP Mentone.
Had a bad experience with this clinic. They didn’t provide any actual treatment. Just repeated what the GP had already told us about the issue. Also charged us incorrectly. When I gave them this feedback they did very little to rectify it. Just offered to get it right ‘next time’.
