Scheduled an appointment to view 3911 Azaela. We scheduled the appointment on Thursday for the following Monday at 11am. Pulled up. Waited. Then called. Realtor/Receptionist told us that the home was no longer available and we should have received a vm on Friday. If this is the way they manage properties I feel we dodged a bullet.
Just drove 45 minutes for a showing at 3911 Azalea St at 11 am. We are sitting here waiting and no one shows up. We call and say they already rented the house with no apologies at all. They did not call us and leave us a voicemail relaying the cancellation, Thanks HOLLY. This is very unprofessional and I do not recommend this company or agent.

Highest Point managed our townhome for 3 years, and we are very pleased with their service. They communicated well and were always professional in their interactions with us and our tenants. From a property owner's perspective we would be happy to work with them again, and would not hesitate to recommend them for property management.
When I first inquired about renting one of their properties, I asked if the house would be professionally cleaned prior to move in. They said yes, but the house did not appear to have received this. The carpets were stained, along with the sinks and tubs. When i moved out, i had the house cleaned and returned it in a better condition that I received it.
