Highest Point was an amazing place to rent from. We had to vacate before we could get everything moved out, and cleaned up. We left a MESS!!! And we moved 10 hours away, so we couldn’t get back. They were very understanding. They got us a copy of all invoices they accrued cleaning the place up. And the prices were very reasonable!!! And then they allowed us to make payments until we had it all paid off. They did not harass me ONCE over this. And they had every reason to be upset w us. A HUGE shoutout to Holly!!! 1) I moved back into my home and the house was in no way shape or form ready for move in. 2) they neglecred to claim a leak that when I arrived was leaking in the back of the home. 3) failed to do proper walk throughs of the home when rented as there was excesivw amount of fecal matter, debris, leaks and electrical issues caused by tentants. Kept entire deposit and still not move in oe liveable. Stay far away.
