We thought we found a gem in this company, but their service level has been AWFUL recently. Getting someone on the phone always took some time, but now you can't get a response with phone messages or email. We will be changing to another company. We are still waiting to hear from messages and emails this week regarding their service AND damage to our property during their visit that was random and not consistent with their posted schedule. Higher Ground installed the gutters for our new construction and I thought they did a fantastic job. We have a very modern home and the contemporary styled box gutters really look great. They have also been very responsive on subsequent follow-up visits.
This used to be a good company but no more. I had them scheduled on a yearly basis to clean my gutters but this year (2022) I didn't hear from them. I called them and they said they were short staffed and had no one to take calls. After several emails which they did not answer they finally came out (I guess) as they billed me. It used to be $105 but I was billed $125, which they neglected to tell me. I hope they did indeed clean my gutters as I was not home and cannot get on ladders to inspect.
