After living here for 2 years, I can confidently say this apartment complex is among your best choices in all of council bluffs. Although it’s me and my girlfriends first and only rental experience, after reading many review horror stories from other apartments I wouldn’t waste my time with any place other than this one. Very comfortable and beautiful complex, quick and attentive maintenance, will always recommend.
