Highclere is such a great find! Even though it’s not brand new, it offers incredible value with thoughtful updates and a fantastic location. Jordan and Jason truly make the experience! They’re responsive, professional, and genuinely great to work with.
This apartment complex is top tier! The company recently got a new leasing manager and she is amazing! I highly recommend working with her, this place is a trustworthy location! There is also a pool and that can be fun! The parking is amazing, there are also garages available too! The maintenance is amazing as well, quick services and trustworthy! After living here for 2 years, I can confidently say this apartment complex is among your best choices in all of council bluffs. Although it’s me and my girlfriends first and only rental experience, after reading many review horror stories from other apartments I wouldn’t waste my time with any place other than this one. Very comfortable and beautiful complex, quick and attentive maintenance, will always recommend.
