DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. CHEAP BUT SO IS SERVICE. Did not turn off utilities after move out. When I was charged $50 for an entire month that I didn’t live there. I informed the company. They told me, not our responsibility. I’m sorry. I’m required to switch utilities on before move in? But y’all can’t be bothered to pay for your own property? Bunch of shysters. They bought the place I was renting and tried to get me to sign a new lease, ignored maintenance requests, even kept charging me rent after I moved out and I had to dispute the charge with my bank when they acted like there was nothing they could do. Deceptive practices at every turn.
They do everything in their power to make sure you don't get your deposit back. They over charge for the slighest infraction on your move out inspection, knowing full well that the walls can't be cleaned because the paint they use comes off when you try to clean it. Stains in the carpet that were there when you moved in and they want you to pay for new carpet. Then they say this is what their venders will charge them when they have their own maintenance crew to do the work. I highly recommend that no one ever rent from them.
I have lived in a Highbridge Management rental since May 2016. They have been good to work with. Brent, the owner, has been attentive to my needs and has provided additional accessories I needed, and Courtney, the manager, has been exceptional in addressing any issues that have come up. Courtney gets right back to me when I call. She is diligent, ethical, kind, and gets right on any issues I have had. The home was clean and well maintained when I moved in, has remained so.
