An absolute disaster of a venue. We booked tickets for 10 people for their New Years Eve event, and they cancelled FOUR HOURS before the scheduled time. They didnt even reach out to attendees, they had the event company apologize on their behalf. We had to book last minute tickets at another venue for double the cost it would have been if we had known in advance, since prices always get hiked up the day of a holiday. TRASH customer service. Ill never come to this hotel or bar again.
We bought New Year’s Eve tickets in advance. Four hours before the event started, the venue cancelled. Now what are we supposed to do? This place is blacklisted, ruined the biggest event of the year.

Super cool roof top with ocean and city views! Worth stopping by for a drink and catching some views! Great music and drinks
