The property manager JESSICKA PERAZA rented an apartment that had been TERMITE INFESTED for over 7 years, the unit was a revolving door. 3 code enforcement complaints were filed last year in for TERMITE INFESTATION. I filed a complaint in September 2021, property mgr didn't fumigate the building til Jan 2022. She was fined for repeat violations. Ive Rented from Mahalo management for 12 years now and I couldn’t be happier. They can fix a few things with a property but all in all I’m happy with my experience time I contact the landlord she gets right back with me and fixes the issue.
Roy gangles doesn't know what hes talking about... Prices are actually pretty fair. Its been the better of places i have rented from. Water, trash, pest control, and lawncare are all included in your rent.
