The scope of services and deliverables, the payment terms, the limitations of liability, the indemnification and force majeure is all applied as a complete disaster in the marketing of services of this company is unacceptable. The promises of expected performance level of the service, such as uptime or response times was embarrassing as they terminated on site an employee for misconduct and the defecation of employees in my clients private bathroom is unthinkable.
