RecommendedI was taken on guided tour by Chris of Camp Tamarancho. I was in SF on business and wanted a break from work, boy did enjoy. Great local knowledge, lots cool trails, the bike was awesome too and tailored to my preferences. Will defo do again. Thanks guys.
We booked a guided ride with Marcel when visiting San Francisco and had a great time. We were picked up from the hotel. The bikes were excellent, the brakes having been swapped to suit our UK braking preferences. Marcel changed the plans to match the weather forecast, so as to get the most out of the day. The choice of trails was just what we were looking for (flowing singletrack) and we had lunch at a lovely chalet restaurant. A great day out! We would definitely book again if we were back in the area.
Marcel rocks! I was flying into San Francisco for a business trip and had a little time on Sunday to book a tour. They picked me up from the airport, brought a super nice Santa Cruz Bronson that was setup for my height and weight, brought a helmet, gloves, water, energy/protein bars and a pack for me. All I brought were my shoes and riding pants. We rode some awesome trails, got to see some amazing views and had a great dinner. 110% first class experience and service! Awesome bike shop Knowledgeable Friendly
I took my first mountain bike lesson with Marcel. The experience was wonderful. He provided me with a top-notch bike. He is a great instructor. Picked me up at my hotel just in time and had me riding up and downhill in the course of a morning. At the end, I was very comfortable taking short turns and riding over rocks and tree roots as if they were asphalt. Thank you Marcel!!
Just bought a bike and they let me keep it in their shop for a week before I take it with me to the airport to fly back home to the Philippines. Great staff and you can get discounts too! Hope to buy another bike here in the future.
