Even though I was dissatisfied with my haircut, and might have been some miscommunication. Chris was very professional and kind in making my experience better. He was persistent about getting me a refund that was very generous, and professional. He himself contacted me to make sure he could make it right and I appreciate that, he really cares about his customers. Thank you, great service.
