Self Serve Car Wash Broken, Charged anyway Option key pad or wash itself was broken, but we got charged anyway.We tried the self service wash. Kept pressing option 7 for wheel brush and nothing happened. Clicked on 1 and we got a slow drip which ended in a couple of seconds. Kept pressing other options and it just didn't work so we moved to another terminal and that worked fine, however during check out (we paid with a CC) it totaled $11.00.
