High Tide arrived as scheduled, they an excellent job installing our metal roof. They never left debris and cleaned around the entire house at the end of each day. Hats off to Mike Lopez who followed and always was aware of the progress. I would definitely recommend Hile Tide Roofing, a class company!
We first used High Tide Roofing and Repair previously in 2021 for a roof repair on a beach house on Anastasia Island. We then sold that home and purchased another house in St. Augustine. Based on that experience we were comfortable reaching out to them again to repair a roof leak at the new property. Highly recommend High Tide Roofing. I have recommended them to several individuals for roofing needs. They always kept me in the loop as to the steps involved, showed up on time as promised, and the installation process was seamless. The entire staff and roofing crew were courteous and quickly answered any questions that I had. Rate them a 10 without a doubt.
I've worked with High Tide roofing on two difficult roof problems and highly recommend their team. The latest leak involved a stone fireplace that had no flashing and was causing leaks into our living room. Bill Lanni and Mike were very responsive and came up with a creative solution to add flashing and went above and beyond to waterproof the fireplace and connection to the roof. It looks great and no more leaks.
