How refreshing! I called HTR two days ago about a shingle that blew off during hurricane Ian. I spoke to Mike Lopez, such a professional gentleman. I explained the issue, expected that for something so trivial there would be no way someone would come out. Well today Mike not only showed up at the specified time and explained the shingle that blew off(i still had) was a flashing cover and is just glued on.
