I walked in scared at first but left knowing I had put my care in excellent hands. The friendly, out-going staff explained my options. They were patient with me and my list of questions. They rate a "10" in my book.
I've been going to High Tide Dentistry ever since I moved here 5 years ago. My neighbor was a hygienist and recommended them to me. I don't love cleanings, just tolerate them because it's necessary. But this last visit was an entirely different experience for me. I'm sorry I forgot her name, but their newest hygienist was incredible. The actual plaque removal was done with i think an ultrasonic tool and it was so much more comfortable. I’m writing this review on behalf of my grandmother, who recently had a dental cleaning with Fera. She’s not comfortable writing reviews herself, but she asked me to do it because she was so happy with her experience. My grandmother has been getting dental cleanings for many years, and she said she has never had such a thorough and gentle cleaning like the one Fera provided. Organized and kind staff, nice office, efficient care. 10/10 recommend!
Been coming here a year. It’s a convenient location. The staff (front desk, techs & dentists) are all wonderful. I just wish they wouldn’t have gotten rid of their 7 am appointments
