VERY HONEST VERY NICE -Thank You Jeff – A few days ago I went to get some information on my car repair from Hi Tech Transmission and talked to the manager Jeff. I understand he is very busy I saw all the cars outside, the shop was Full, but he dropped what he was doing to help me & answer any questions I had. Honest and affordable!!! – I took my 2001 Honda CR-V here after receiving rude service and an estimate of $924 in repairs at HONDA WEST (7615 W. Sahara) after car overheated. Honda told me I needed all hoses replaced, the thermostat replaced ($250 in repairs & $680 in labor) I had it towed to Leo at High Tech Transmissions & he had it fixed for $50!!! Dont waste your time, money, and peace of mind bring your car here! – These guys are unbelievably nice, straight forward,do a great job, and theres usually no charge for diagnostics. Dont wade through the sea of rip offs and a-holes just come down here and talk to Leo and his wife Andy. I cant say enough about their character and the way they do business. Youll never do take your car elsewhere again!
Expensive and not polite – I had the unfortunate experience of having a transmission problem near their location. Leo, the owner, insisted a new tranny was needed, but he could not tell how much it would be until he got it all apart. When I told him I wanted to get a second opinion, he had my car towed away like I was a criminal.
Business the "Old Fashioned" Way – A few weeks ago I went poking around this site to find a new mechanic since I was finally fed up with my previous mechanic. I saw the reviews for High Tech Transmission and gave them a try. I must say, it's the first time the prospect of car trouble isn't an utter nightmare. Extremely honest – Leo was great, I had called almost every transmission shop in Vegas, noone really talked to me or asked questions about what was going on with my truck. It was alomost like everyone was reading a script, just telling me something to get me off the phone. Being that I am out of state and was nervous about not being able to meet the person or see the shop, Leo made me feel really comfortable about the transaction. He worked with me. Honest repair shop – After reading the reviews on this shop and after having someone mess up my cooling system, I took my car to High Tech. Leo, the owner/operator, was very helpful and honest about my car. They checked it out for free and walked me through what they were doing to check out the car. They even sent me on my way, without taking any money for their time, with a solution to the problem. This is a wonderful, honest shop. I will no longer take my cars anywhere else! Great customer service, on time! – I had my 02 ford serviced here and the price I was quoated was great. My truck was serviced and delivered to me on-time. The mechnacis were so good that they identified a pending problem and fixed it. My truck is better than when it was new. Thanks Leo for running a great transmission shop.
