Bought 300 Chrysler next day check engine light came and engine cut off with no warnings i took to dealer replaced gas cap, check engine light remained on. Dealer said bring it down. Drove to philly dealer said it needs another new gas cap did nothing to fix check engine . Took to dealer again paid 290$ in labor car has fuel leak located in rear, sway bar and control arm needed be replaced even though Shawn stated he just replaced them And multiple oil leaks . read rip off report about Tim Kelly, I rented a house to this loser he trashed my place and skipped out owing my thousands for damage! $2800 electric bill he never paid! this guy is as low as they come, nothing out of his mouth is worth 2 cents morally bankrupt city slicker scum
These guys are great and they are certified. Sean does stand behind their work! I've never heard a deraugatory comment concerning their work. Robert M. used the terms "dishonest, overcharging, threatened reprisals" in describing his experience with High Tech. These are strong accusations! He did not substantiate any of them. It would appear that Robert had some satisfaction at High Tech if he "went there for a few years off and on." Why would you return if they didn't provide "reliable work"? I found this place on google searching for local repair shops.. I needed a state inspection and this is in the neighborhood. Everyone there is cordial and the service was quick.
I was referred to Shawn by a neighbor. I purchased an amazing 98 Oldsmobile Silhouette. Looks/Runs 110%. EXTREMELY SATISFIED!!! I Gets compliments all the time. Nobody can believe I bought it for ONLY two grand.. Anytime I have any questions about maintenance, I just stop by and they take great care of me!!! Staff is friendly and straight up. In my opinion, you can't go wrong in dealing with Shawn. IN GOOD HANDS!!!
They are very very dishonest people. They sold us a used car that broke down within a week and lied to us about most of the problems that car had. We had lost so much money trying to fix the car but it's hopeless. It's pretty much a junk now. Please do not go there. We lost so much money. We went to another auto repair and the mechanics could not believe what we got for our money. :( Definitely not recommend this place.
