I called this clinic and asked if i can get blood results as it’s been more than 10 days and I never got any sms or email saying your results are back to know your results you can book an appointment with Doctor now. Always fantastic.
Very disappointing experience. The clinic refused to provide me with a copy of my own blood test results unless I booked a consultation with their GP. I have absolutely no issue paying handling fee for obtaining my records. However, not everyone can attend a medical consultation due to work and time commitments. After contacting the Victorian Health Complaints Commissioner, I was advised of my right to request access to my health information under the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic).
