great first experience One of my friends recently went out of town unexpectedly and needed me to drop off her precious toy poodle to be boarded. I got lost on my way here but when i called the staff patiently guided me in and didn't make me feel like an idiot. They were wonderful and had all the paperwork already set up and worked out with my friend via the phone once i arrived. Best pet care I've found in the Dallas area, but book early – I've taken my kids, I mean dogs, to almost all the kennels in the area but once I took them to High-Stone I stayed! No need to go anywhere else now. I have 2 small dogs and a large dog and both when I drop them off and pick them up, their tails are wagging and I can tell they are happy. And so am I! Best service for the money! Owner of three rescue dogs. – Unannounced I was offered a tour and was surprised at how clean the facility was and how friendly the staff was. Love the outdoor kennel area. Couldn't believe how well the dogs got along in doggy dayCare. Watched the dogs on the new webcam from my office. Even have suites with TVs. Groomer and owners even attend dog shows regularly and really know their stuff. My dogs will always stay there when they can't stay at home.
Dog Heaven! – Great staff at High-Stone. They were very warm and friendly. My two dogs were very comfortable walking in to the place. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends.
