I wish I could say that this was a great place, but unfortunately I will never be able to find out. I stopped by after work today and asked to see their facility as I have two dogs I want to put into doggie daycare 5 days a week and I have a coworker who's dog goes to daycare here (we both work in South Dallas and Oak Cliff so this High-Stone is conveniently on our way to work). Refused a Tour I wish I could say that this was a great place, but unfortunately I will never be able to find out. I have never left a bad review on any business, but after my experience here, I absolutely had to. If anyone boarded here over Christmas, think twice before just handing your card over to pay without going over your charges first. NO dogs, ZERO, received daycare on Christmas Day. Do NOT pay the extra fee for daycare. The fact that they would try to charge me for this day when they have a webcam which showed that no one received daycare is mind boggling. In addition to Christmas Day, dogs only received 2 hours of playtime on ... read more

One of the nicest Pet Resort out there – My opinions? Always greeted by really nice front desk staffs Professional yet friendly workers Offers variety of pet services (from head to toes) Very clean facility Daycare with live webcam! How do they bribe my dog like this? – I'm finally getting around to giving High-Stone their props. Seriously, what does this place do to make your pet so happy? My dog can sense when we are within a few miles of High-Stone and I don't know how he does it. I'll load him up in the Jeep for a trip to the vet or a long jog around Bachman and if we get close to High-Stone (even if we are on I-35 - not even Harry Hines or Mockingbird!), he starts wagging his tail and pacing. My dogs were well taken care of – I had a bad experience when picking up my dogs, but Della, the owner, called me and went over my bill and credited my account for the disputed charges. She was very nice and went out of her way to keep my business. I will use them again in the future and would recommend that you go ahead and use the all inclusive suite. I tried to save money by using the smaller kennel, but ended up spending more with incidental expenses.

Good place, but don't be late for pick-up- even if you're a long time customer – Have used this place weekly for 2 years now (camp and grooming) and while the overall experience was good, their late policy put an end to my dog going there. I was late once in 2 years due to a traffic accident and the staff wouldn't wait an extra 10 minutes for me to pick up the dog. Even after I offered to pay a late fee for them to wait. Long time customers don't seem to be valued very much.

Wonderful and Attentive Pet Hotel – I had never boarded my pets before, but they were just wonderful, answering all my questions and even taking my worried phone calls when I was on vacation. They were also accommodating to my change of plans and although I called them 3 times in a row, they answered me with a smile every time. I boarded both a dog and my two cats, and even got a report card afterward that detailed how they did while they were "at camp." I would recommend them to any pet owner.
