I had them replace my brake pads a couple years ago and had a wheel come off while I was driving about 40 miles later. Luckily, it didn't kill anyone or cause a major traffic accident. After having them replace the wheel and "fix" everything, they assured me that they had double checked all the lugs and the wheel falling off was not their fault. I could leave a pretty terrible review, but High Speed owned up to their mistake and made it right. Not many places around that will do that, anymore.
Came in for a tune-up on my old clunker and found out my engine block was too rusted to replace the spark plugs. On the way back home, my engine blew the core out of the one spark plug they tried to remove. The mechanics managed to remove the fragments of the plug still stuck in the block and save me from a complete engine rebuild! I've been coming here for nearly a decade and I'd never trust my '91 Ford Explorer with anyone else!
Came in today to fix a leak in my tire. The mechanics here found a larger issue with my tire and replaced it. Awesome customer service and quick! Thank you for all your hard work!
