Absolutely the best bang for your buck! I wanted a big board on a tiny budget for my first trip out west. The HS Empire 165 was the biggest board in the shop and only $280! To my surprise it ended up being my favorite board in the 22 years I've been riding. Super fast, incredibly damp, playful yet strong enough to support my 350lbs. It's a 165 but somehow it rides like a 155. So much so that I plan on picking up the Empire 169. FYI: This thing rides just like the Never Summer Chairman imho, but at a fraction of the price.
