RecommendedIn August 2020, I ordered 2 for 1 paddle boards from HSF when the original one I received from another brand leaked upon arrival. HSF said that the boards were back-ordered until November. We love our High Society SUP boards! They are so easy to transport and come with everything you need. Best of all though is the customer service at High Society! They made sure our boards arrived in time for an upcoming trip and were always quick to respond to any concerns or questions! I'd buy from them again and again!
⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My family and I LOVE our High Society Freeride paddle boards. I highly recommend these to anyone that is even just thinking of getting one, it’s worth it! I mean, come on, they come with a hiking pack to take them anywhere with you(and it’s a comfortable pack), which is one of the reasons we wanted inflatable boards to begin with. The outdoor entertainment is endless with these things👍👍
I haven’t received my board yet do to some logistical problems. However, Jason Flynn at high society has been outstanding handling the issue that my Wolf was late shipping and was unsure when it would ship. He upgraded my to a North Star and sent it via fed ex. I know they’re back ordered on everything, but this is truly a great company. #pupdogdiaries When I see Mom strap the SUP to the car, it means ADVENTURE TIME. (She says while it’s not terrible to pump up, she’d rather not do it daily) We paddle with the paddle board paddle, we paddle with a kayak paddle, we stand and we sit, or lie out for a nap. We ordered two inflatable paddle boards a few months ago and they have been great! The boards are compact when stowed and easy to travel with. Recently the adjustable lock/clasp on one of the two piece paddles broke, and High Society was very responsive to my call and said they would send out a replacement paddle immediately. We are extremely happy with our purchase as well as the customer service experience. High recommend!
I was so excited to purchase my SUP’s after several weeks of researching and comparing. I couldn’t pass up the BOGO for such highly recommended boards! I was disappointed when I saw that the boards I purchased were on back order until Sept!! I figured that’s what I get for procrastinating. I ordered on Saturday and to my surprise, yesterday I got an email telling me my order for both boards had shipped!!! Sure enough they were delivered today!! I am beyond thrilled to get out on the water with them! Thank you HS!!!
We ordered our boards knowing it would take a few weeks to get them. The team at High Society was very communicative about time frames and any delays. Being in a pandemic, I was surprised with the timeliness of their arrival. After pumping up one of the boards I noticed a small defect around the valve I reached out to see if the board was still usable and within minutes received a response and was told that a replacement board would be sent out as soon as possible.
