I booked a 20 passenger party Bus from this company on July 6th for my granddaughter's 30th Birthday. The driver showed up in a 50 passenger bus with logo hanging off the outsides of bus never stepped out to ask if we were the party, driver was rude it was 120 degrees that day in Vegas and being a larger bus then what we ordered it was hot the air couldn't cool down this large bus. This horrible and unprofessional bus company robbed my family!!! They scammed us by charging us over $3,000 for transportation to and from nightclubs in Vegas. They told us to park our cars in advance to our final destination and that’s where we would retrieve our cars after the club They dropped us off at a location that was not our final location and once we exited the bus, they kept our belongings and would not return to give them back to us. we then had to get Ubers to get to our cars and never got our things back.
