The team at High Road Heating & Cooling has been great. During our exploration phase, Robin provided us with four furnace options, clearly explaining each and providing the documentation of each model. We had two others in and neither provided this level of detail or options. We selected High Point and never second guessed the choice. Since I had been without heat for over 48 hours, I needed to purchase a new furnace quickly. A neighbor referred me to High Road. High Road's friendly & knowledgeable rep. (Randy) came out on a Sunday; we closed the deal & my new furnace was installed on Monday. Their tech. crew (Hunter, Jason & Jeff) were great! I highly recommend High Road!

Furnace out during cold snap late at night.I called and got an actual person . Hunter guided me what to do & gave me options that saved me money for an emergency service call - this kept the temperature in the home at a safe/warm degree.
