Glad I called High Road when smoke started coming through our vents… Hunter came out for initial diagnosis and Brooks helped secure the parts and perform the service and maintenance. Both were extremely consistent, knowledgeable, honest and transparent (and just cool people). They fixed our system for a fraction of the cost compared to a competitor who told me I needed a new furnace and AC. Glad to have found a local service for all heating/cooling needs. Would highly recommend to others.
Very responsive and helpful. I had my HVAC unit go out do to a storm and power surge. They had the parts replaced and up and running very quickly. The tech who came out was very good to work with and help me understand the issues at hand.
High Road Heating and Cooling deserves five stars! I called them at 9 AM, just before a brutal heatwave, and they were at my place by 11:30. They fixed my AC quickly, ensuring we stayed cool. Their pricing was overly generous for the excellent service provided and work performed. Highly recommend!
Great service! Very Fast…fair pricing. Other providers offered 48-72hr before a tech was available. High Road sent a tech same day, in under 3 hrs . Jeff was very knowledgeable and had the AC up and running in under 30 minutes.
Our service rep was very knowledgeable and personable, explained what he was going to do and then reviewed what he did after. Wore protective booties when in the house. And in the end concluded that we didn’t need the service for which we had contacted High Road. They will be our first call when we need something in the future.
