I switched from Countryside to High Road and have been very pleased. Their monthly maintenance fee is about $20 lower. They are responsive and aren’t constantly trying to sell me a new furnace or air conditioner. They offer repair solutions and are reasonably priced. Friendly and local.
Do you realize that this is a woman owned business? I thought that was pretty cool especially in this industry. Secondly, I had high road come out to check our 10 year-old AC unit before the summer heat really kicked in. i’m glad I did. It had lost some pressure and needed to be recharged.
