Highroad models their name. They take the high road and do what is best for the customer, not their pocketbooks. Robin (owner) is amazing to work with! Countless times I’ve heard of stories where they are 100% honest with a customer and repair the system, versus telling the customer they need to replace it for way more money. This company has strong integrity and I appreciate it. They go above and beyond in everything they do for a customer. Also, I like their “love your home comfort club” program. Check it out!
Robin and the team at High Road is phenomenal. They are not paid on commission and it shows with our their technicians treat your home and your equipment. I never once felt like they used sales tactics, only educated us on our options & always priced a fix versus a replacement! Thanks again, and we're happy to join their comfort program!
