A few weeks back I was shopping for a car and stumbled on High Road in Medford. I worked mostly with Nate and he was attentive, helpful and completely low-pressure. Even though I didn't end up purchasing my car from High Road, I was impressed enough by their good service to write this review. I'm sure I'm not the only person that associates used car lots with scams and slimy sales people, but my experience at High Road was just the opposite. Thanks Nate and Dave! Keep up the good work.
Both Dave and Nate were great to work with and willing to negotiate. This is our second car purchased through them and we couldn't be happier!
My husband and I literally looked at every car dealership in the Medford/Ashland area for a used car. We not only found what we were looking for at High Road Autos, but the selection and prices were so reasonable, we bought 2 cars! We appreciated the respect we received, too - Nathan Scafani listened to what we wanted and didn't pressure us in any way. I highly recommend High Road Autos - Nathan's professionalism and the quality of his inventory literally live up to the description "high road autos!"
