The Henderson office was amazing. Dr. Huang was wonderful during our whole experience as well as Dr. Rawlins from Children’s heart center. After visiting the other office, we chose to visit this one almost an hour away from our home as they felt much more welcoming and kind. During what was at the start a very stressful experience, the team at HRPC Henderson treated us so well and we always left feeling confident, informed, and empowered.
Referral was submitted for me to visit, I called 3 times and they said the referral is still "pending" but they are able to see it in my chart and tell me why I was referred. I was told to call my OB... Called my OB for them to tell me referral has BEEN approved and faxed since the original day it was sent over. Staff at my OB office called High risk pregnancy center and explained to them and told me they would be calling me back asap. Never heard from anyone and had to call again myself the next day.
