The apartments themselves are nice with minor issues. However, things in the lobby or common areas are either malfunctioning in some way (alarm going off in lobby frequently, one of the elevators is broken for several days, the gym floods regularly) and the hallways and common areas are frequently filthy and unattended to.
I just want to say thank you to Terrel, my leasing agent who did an exceptional job helping me find the perfect apartment! Jessica is also extremely welcoming and professional. So happy to be home :)
I want to truly commend Lamar. I needed his maintenance services several times since I moved in a few weeks ago. Every time, he comes promptly, takes care of the problem and is very friendly. After he's done, he asks me to ensure that what he fixed is to my satisfaction.
Lamar was great! I had a maintenance request reported and he came literally in 20 min! Knocked out the problem and had a positive attitude with professional product knowledge. Hire 100 more Lamar’s!
Shout out to Lamar. He's always been tentative and efficient at handling any maintenance requests from me. Keep up the good work.
