Kimberly Gonzalez is the best and has sense and speaks to you with decency and is the only reason this building still had tenants if it was based on the other management! She single handily got them 4 stars. She should be the main manager instead of the asst and for the current main manger! He has no gratfulness for his tenants and does know how to demonstrate service and talk to people with respect. Charlie DeHoe. I luv you Ms Kim !!!!
I highly commend the assistance provided by the staff, front desk and especially by leasing agent Terrel Fletcher. He was very helpful throughout the application process, from the moment he showed me some apartments until my application was approved. He was very patient even when I showed up after my initial appointment and went out of his was to help me with some technicall issues I had with my phone to verify my identity. He asnwered all my calls and even called me back if needed.
Screams sketchy . I went on a tour and began the application. I paid an application fee and my roommate decided it wasn’t a good fit . So we passed on them . We just didn’t like what we saw . Months later the application fee my roommate didn’t pay had been sent to collections . I had no idea I was obligated to pay . I’m sure there may be a law suit somehow. I advise not to sign or give them any of your information until you really want to move in … and even then I don’t recommend that.
I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before signing a lease here. The biggest issue is the leasing office. The staff has an incredibly high turnover rate—it feels like there’s someone new working there every month. Customer service is consistently poor, and it often seems like they’re more focused on finding ways to charge residents additional fees than actually helping them. Terrel is an exceptional agent who has gone above and beyond to assist me with issues and question that I have. The level of urgency applied towards solving problems and the attentive nature of Terrel is far beyond what I’ve experienced in my three years living here at MAA Lenox. Amazing service!!
