All I know is my favorite person is Darius. He is our Concierge and he makes me smile everyday. He goes over and beyond to provide excellent customer service but he does not make it feel like it’s a job. He makes you feel like he’s the best friend that’s gonna handle it. Thanks to Tim for coming in repairing my dishwasher. I was upset at first cause I been dealing with that issue for 3 years . But you came in replace the part that was needed and my dishwasher been working every since. It’s great to have someone here that can finally fix’s stuff around here.

Don’t move here you will regret it. There was a flood a few weeks ago ever since then our water has been cold. Now the heat completely doesn’t work after they ignored our complaints all week about leaking and loud boom noises. This is inhumane treatment and of course we still have to pay while having cold water and no heat in the middle of the winter.
