I’m sorry but this is the worst and I mean the WORST Animal Hospital I’ve ever been to in my life! The way they treated my cat Friday was absolutely horrible! I take her in for her shots and what do they do stick her in the damn tail yes the TAIL with a god damn needle!!! She cried out in pain cause it hurt so god damn bad!! Thumbs up and congrats on the no declaw policy! I wish every Vet would follow your steps and stop declawing. Something that was never done nor allowed in Europe. Chapeau!
