Amazing customer service with really friendly staff with great prices on renovated units. Even tho my kid fell off the couch and put his head through the wall they helped me get the hole fixed without judgment.
I’ve been living at High Range Village Apartments for several months now, and I can honestly say it’s been a fantastic experience. I have lived in Las Cruces for 18+ years and I would strongly advise AGAINST renting at High Range Village Apartments. The quality of the units is subpar, outdated, and their billing practices are extremely frustrating. We were charged for fixing faulty countertops made of cheap materials, which caused issues with our skin, clothes, and plates sticking to them. I lived here for a year. Everywhere I go I tell everyone what a fun place this was to live. Managers and maintenance dude Jerry were awesome!!! I have wonderful memories of the friends I made and the parties Connie and Sonia put on. Also since manager Connie loved my cat so much, I have left it to her in my will. (She hated my cat). If you move here, expect to play by the rules. They are extremely fair, but firm in enforcing policy.
