While we have had a few hicups thru our install I must say the overall team and communication has been outstanding. Ray followed up with us multiple times and had a service member out within a day to help resolve some of the issues that came up that were unpredictable. Ray has been out three times to test the water to ensure the quality of the water after the install is reading perfect! Thank you for a great experience and for all your follow ups!

Ray did an awesome job. He presented everything very well, and I learned so much about my water. He was very friendly and answered all my questions, and I did not feel overwhelmed or pressured. I am extremely happy with my decision to install a Rainsoft system, it works great and the installer did a great job as well.

Tony was wonderful - very informative and professional without being pushy. He clearly explains what he is doing, water test results, treatment and equipment options, and all in a comfortable, easy to understand way. I would highly recommend talking to Tony if you want a water test, softener or treatment system.

This review is for High Quality Water aka Rainsoft. I had to come down in person to verify cancellation of contract. A salesman was supposed to do a 45 min presentation, ended up being 3 hours. Convinced my mom to get the system even though I did not enjoy the taste of the water. After reading the fine print (including a yearly $165 fee not mentioned), my mom decided to cancel since the system was clocking in just under $7k and I would still have to buy bottled water due to it tasting weird. If you become a new homeowner in Arizona, be forewarned, this company will not stop calling until they make a sale. The day after I closed on my home, I went to the house to pick up the keys. On the door, there was a "We missed you" post it (looked just like something from FedEx or UPS) saying they tried to deliver a "new homeowners gift" and to call a number listed on the post it to get it delivered at a time when you are home.
