Absolutely the worst. My system was not even 2 months old and had to be worked on 3 times in that time. Then the tank flooded over and ruined my wall-to-wall carpet on the other side of the drywall. Lots of damage and it was very difficult to get some money back for it. I have never come across such total incompetence. I don't want to give any stars. Worst customer service ever.
Worst work experience and atmosphere! Simply hired with no training, half the time the owners are not around for assistance. Owner makes people feel uncomfortable, racism towards the manger of customer service. Unprofessional unless youre putting money in his pocket. Bad customer service

We have never had an employee by the name of *************************** so this is either a disgruntled ex employee or not a real complaint. Having said that, we run a very friendly, easy to work in office and would never do anything to make an employee feel uncomfortable, racially or otherwise. That is 100% opposite to our philosophy of how to treat employees, which is why many of our employees have been with us for 10 years or more.
Horrible. Hard sell with lies and then no accountability when their system installation failed. They blamed me for not finding it even though I was promised I wouldn't have to do anything to work it. They have caused physical and financial harm to myself and family. Under no circumstances should they be trusted. **** is an unethical lair. Refused to test my water. **** came out to our house and set us up within three days to get our system installed. The guy at our house did a great job working around our layout, tested everything and was respectful of our belongings and property. Great service.
Will not stop calling and will call multiple times a day. I am overseas and unable to call. When I had the chance to call I tried to leave a message but the extension was wrong so I couldn't. I have reached out through 4 different media's and still have not received a response.
This has been an ongoing issue. I’ve had continual problems with the products that were installed. First the washing machine component (it needed to be replaced after 2 months), then leaking underneath the sink that has damaged the sink (they charge when I ask them to fix their poorly installed equipment. The leaking started when their product was installed), then the sensor going bad on water conditioner unit, where the service tech argued with me about it. Tony was very knowledgeable and respectful when he came to our house and demonstrated the tests to our water.
Tony, was amazing, he took his time with us and explained everything without skipping a beat. Once Tony showed us the quality of our water provided by our water company and how to improve the quality of our water for our health and condition of all of our appliances. Thank you Tony!
Ray is fantastic to work with and so passionate about the company and equipment and pro providing everyone with clean water! We are loving our clean water to drink, cook with and bathe in! Our ice cubes are crystal clear! I’ve grown up in this area and have never had great tasting water out of the tap. Never knew what a difference it would make.
