HIGH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IS A GREAT COMPANY WITH TERRIBLE WORKERS!!! STARTING FROM SHELLY AND DANIELLE!!! THOSE 2 ARE COMPLETELY HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES AND DESERVE TO BE FIRED. Countless of times I would come in to pay my brother rent I would hear them talking bad about Daryl and Amy in the lobby. Shelly is rude to tenants and she is a very judgmental person. I lived at the Wheatland Condos from June 24 to June 25. It started off as an excellent property and living arrangement. The facade quickly fell into poor property management. It was very difficult to get in contact with our property manager if we had issues. At one point the property manager changed and no notification.was given. We were forced to live for almost 2 months without a ceiling in the living room and bedroom due to a burst water pipe in the upstairs unit.
