Management (Tammy) is outstanding. I had a maintenance issue that was resolved immediately by Scott. He did a great job! Highly recommend checking out High Properties!
I lived at the Wheatland Condos from June 24 to June 25. It started off as an excellent property and living arrangement. The facade quickly fell into poor property management. It was very difficult to get in contact with our property manager if we had issues. At one point the property manager changed and no notification.was given. We were forced to live for almost 2 months without a ceiling in the living room and bedroom due to a burst water pipe in the upstairs unit. If more stars could be given, I would. We've had nothing but great success with Darion and High Property Management. From the beginning, Darion gave us a tour and was very prompt in answering any questions/voicemails we had/left. The application was processed in THREE DAYS! From inquiry to approval, it took three days. We moved in the following week, and were given the keys, access to our portal, and tips n trick were given by Darion and Shelby.
