I’ve been @ cypress point for 4 years now and don’t have any complaints i absolutely love my apartment for what I get & the size almost close to 1000sq ft plus maintenance always comes right away & during the winter they salt everything meaning the sidewalks / entry ways the driveway & in front of our garages alot of property managements just do the bare minimum !
