I was so scared we needed to replace the roof as each time the snow melted we had a leak in the exhaust fan. I scoured reviews and local neighborhood sites looking for recommendations. Everyone liked and hated the same ppl so it was confusing who's word to take. I noticed a few ppl agreed on high pride and their reviews seemed real.
