LUANNE IS AMAZING, I lived in Miguel place for a year, she is all about business and is professional, she will take care of you accordingly and at the best timeframe they have, this is a good place to live, just bear through the process of applying and be patient, they work with you and do really good, also Tammy is very nice, she works hard as well..

Everything the user Claire wrote is accurate. German roaches, mold, very shoddy maintenance over the years. It looks cute from the outside and it is highly doubtful you will see the unit you will be in before your move in day. By that point, you already signed the lease and spent money to move so you are stuck. The only reason this property is not 2 stars is bc of the former property manager. Oh, and the leasing office will be closed starting soon and that means no manager on property. I take the time to write this bc no one... read more
