Update: It has since been about 9 months living at High Points, and I have raised my rating from 1 to 3 stars. Those issues mentioned were incredibly frustrating. I have had many frustrating issues with this complex, but I do see an improvement. They got an administrative office on site here now and LuAnn is no longer the manager. Tammy has been helpful. She responds to my emails in a timely manner and seems more dedicated than the previous manager. I find her to be very helpful and accommodating. I look forward to continuin... read more
there should be a manager at each site not just at one location. that location gets more help. never answer phones and its hard to get maintaince.
Tammy and Luann are very understanding and helpful when I have a question or concern. I have been here since 2021 and have seen managers come and go, and Luann has been the best one. The complex is making many changes and is beginning to look real nice. Something the last managers said they were doing but never did. They stand by their word with changes and make it comfortable living here.
