Worst apartment to live in, poor maintained, high rent, no safety. No playground for kids, management staff is very rude.
Great location and amenities. Safe neighborhood with lots to offer!
The the Price you could buy a house or even rent a mansion. The Apts are old and and falling apart and they still want top dollar for rent and as you rent for multiple years the rent doesnt go up but when new pple move in the get rent cheaper than you have been paying for the past year. so keep looking if you looking for apts.
