Went to High Point Vet this past Saturday to take a dog for rescue and the veterinarian and staff were so nice and helpful I'm going to start taking my dogs here...very nice people, one staff member even handed a lady a tissue bc she was having to put her dog down and as small as others may find that I thought it was just heartwarming bc so many vets now a days only care about the money but not this one
Seems the staff here are robot employees... just check your pet in and out and collect the money! The doctoral staff seems quite rude to patients, and willing to charge whatever they want reguardless to condition or situation of the animal.
I took our African Grey and Macaw in to have their beak and claws trimmed and Dr. P did a wonderful job. Her patients and concern for the birds through out the procedure was the best. If you have a bird I highly recommend taking them to her.
Thank you guys so much for saving our cat, Timber! He is back to his silly playful self and I am so thankful we came here for a 2nd opinion. I was told at our former vet that he had megacolon 3 weeks ago today. I was told he needed emergency surgery that day or humanely euthanized. I was made to feel like I was doing this horrible thing by taking him home. I was able to speak on the phone to Dr. Sink that day and he told me to make an appointment Monday which my wife and I did. I love this place. I've never once had a problem. They saved two of my puppies and I'm forever grateful!! They are very cautious with Molly cat. She can sound very mean. lol
