***BUNNEMAN IS THE BAD SEED OF THE OFFICE** To start off I never write bad reviews about anyone but in this case I feel it is necessary. I have went to this office 14 years now all the doctors are wonderful. EXCEPT ONE doctor Bunneman.. everytime i get him he says my kids are acting out for attention put them to bed and let them cry and the next or few days when I go back 2 see Dr JEDLICA OR DR DILLARD I find out they have strep throat or an ear infection. Do not go to Dr. Bunneman We had a terrible experience with Dr. Bunneman. My son was in very bad pain on and off and when we arrived at the office, Dr. Bunneman was not helpful, told me I was leading my son on with questions and then told us to go home because there was no real problem. Then my son asked when his pain would stop. So, I asked Dr. Bunneman, he then got angry and visibly frustrated; raised his voice at me and asked whether my son really had pain or not. STILL A GREAT PRACTICE, DESPITE 1 BAD APPLE!! I gave this practice and overall 5 star rating because of 4 out of the 5 physicians with this practice. That being said, I must agree with another reviewer, that Dr. Bunneman has a HORRIBLE bedside manner! He IS rude, obnoxious, dismissive, has zero listening skills, and I absolutely HATE seeing him. ANGRY MOM OF 2 This place is SOOO unprofessional , they discriminate seems like everyone another race than me always goes ahead, they are very nasty being my child was sick snot everywhere and there worried about insurance rather than getting my son back, I AM PISSED , never again will my children EVER go back, that front office is a DAMN HOT MESS!!
Mother of Ayden The doctors are wonderful! BUT the nurses are rude, the time u wait before u see a doctor is ridiculous and the friendlyness of the staff is beyond understandable. This is suppose to be a place where children feel comfortable but the staffs attitude sucks! I will be changing my childs doctor this week.
MAD MOMMY OF 2 GIRLS!! I have 2 girls! 2years old and 5 mts old both got sick and went to see Dr. Butermen 3 times in one month and he keep telling me head colds! So I asked to see another docotor and Dr Myers came in and said they both has RSV and the 5 mt old had a ear infaction and needed meds!!! High Point Pediatrics This pediatrician's office is first-rate; I interviewed them before my child was born, and still go there alomst 9 years later. The doctors keep up on current medical advances and have great rapport with the children, putting them at ease. I have always been able to get worked in for appointments for unexpected illnesses in a very timely fashion, and have been able to get in touch with the on-call physician in the middle of the night with no problem. so-so Dr. Meyers is wonderful and so is Dr. Michelle. Dr. Goldston needs a whole lot of improvement on bedside manners. This practice is great for general check ups for immunizations, however they are very hesitant to prescribe antibiotics even for a very sick child, running a fever.
Highest recommendation Could not recommend this practice any higher. All of the docs give superior care, and I have never encountered any of the delays or rudeness reported by some other posters. All 3 of our kids have gone there for the last 10 years and I have no complaints. Keep in mind, ALL pediatric offices encounter delays, especially during the flu season, so this will be encountered anywhere!
