1 star is to much to give them .... called on Tue. to set up a appointment went over everything at that time with who ever was on the phone, next day i go there and call them to let them know im out side and the tech gets on the phone and says whats going on ......... she doesnt look at my file just whats going on ........ understand my cat is on its last breath and having to go over it all again was not what i wanted to do and then have to go over it all again with the vet, so i said do you want me to go over it or wait an... read more
