Technician didnt know what to do, had to watch a video that took 2 hours to “watch” and from start to finish was a horrible place to stop at

Terrible.
Walked from the Petro for a Y pipe for heater hose. Even tho they did not have it they gave me a ride to two parts houses and to the truck twice. There are still good shop owners who don’t take advantage of us. Thank you again! I’ll definitely be back if I need anything.
Very bad I m warning everyone in trucking business this guys don’t go there shop. One day I went this shop to fix my truck for air leaks and they broke an EGR coolant and they put it new one and they charged me for EGR coolant the part and the labor I told them I came here for air leak only why did you brake my EGR coolant and why are you charging me the guy told me I don’t care you have to pay $5300 or I m gonna take your truck that guy was very rude person stay away from this business
