My provider herself, Mercedes was excellent. The company High Plains told my provider that my services were suspended till after the 31st. When in fact my services on my current contract end the 31st and a new one starts on the 1st I keep trying to call them and nobody calls back. And I only had one more day of service besides today, which I didn’t get. The company told me that they were no longer taking state patients as of the first. I would recommend Mercedes to anyone. Reporting them for Medicaid fraud. They were receiving funding for me a healthcare provider and offered me no services for three weeks on top of that, they fell to pay the provider for all the hours he worked They lied to me multiple times over different situations. It got so bad I had to record every phone call I had with them.
I just want to acknowledge one employee in particular her name is Kendra she is a Provider assistant I was very impressed by her she came to my Mother's home for an annual visit and she was very Professional and respectful!
